Headwater is software for running a company’s plan. It holds the vision, the pillars and initiatives under it, and the climbs each team has to finish this quarter. Every Monday, owners check in on their climbs, and every week each team meets in a huddle to solve its issues.
Most companies keep their plan in office files: a strategy deck in Google Slides or PowerPoint, a priorities spreadsheet in Google Sheets or Excel, and meeting notes in a document. Each file has its own copy of the plan, and nobody can see how the whole plan is going.
Headwater takes the place of those files. The plan is in one place, progress is worked out from milestones, and each owner updates their part every Monday. Budgets and reports stay in your spreadsheets.

EOS One and Ninety are built for companies that run on EOS, and Bloom Growth started as software for EOS. Headwater does the same job with its own method.
Headwater adds pillars and initiatives between the vision and each quarter’s climbs, and works out progress from milestones at every level. The weekly huddle lasts an hour, and there is no scorecard or to-do list to go through.
Teams plan and track their day-to-day work in tools like Asana, monday.com, ClickUp, and Jira, write things down in Notion, and talk in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Chat. Headwater is for a different job.
Headwater holds the company’s plan, along with the weekly check-ins, huddles, and quarterly planning that go with it. Nothing needs to be copied into Headwater, and teams keep using their own tools for everything else.
Details about other products are from their own websites in September 2026.
