Claude can read the plan in Headwater, including the pillars, people, and teams, and every climb, initiative, and issue. It also knows who is asking, today’s date, and the current quarter. Answers use the real numbers from Headwater, and the items Claude mentions appear as cards.

Claude also writes the morning summary at the top of everyone’s My Flow, with every item in it linked.

When Claude shows one item, it shows it as a full card with its owner, due date, and done when line. A climb’s card also lists its milestones. Ticking one moves the climb’s progress on the card and in Headwater at the same time.
When Claude shows several items, it shows them as a list. Each issue in the list can be solved, or reopened, from its row, with the same sparks as in Headwater.

It can also add comments that @mention people. The person mentioned sees the comment in their inbox on My Flow.

Add milestones. Hire the team by 15 January, a training week from 1 February, a soft opening on 20 February, and open on 6 March.
Anything Claude adds to Headwater is labelled with the person it was working for, such as “Added by Dan Whitfield’s Claudebot”. Comments and changes it makes show a robot in place of a face.
Every item keeps a history of who changed what, and when. If you tick a milestone or solve an issue on a card in the chat yourself, the change is saved under your own name.
