A huddle is a team’s weekly meeting in Headwater. It lasts an hour and follows the same five steps every week. Everyone works on the same screen from their own laptop, and Headwater saves a record when it ends.

Halden’s Wholesale team meets at 10:00 every Monday. Step through its huddle on 16 November, from the lobby to the saved record, with Next or the ← and → keys.
Anyone in the team can open the huddle before it starts. Everyone who has it open appears under Here, and any of them can start it.

Everything in a huddle comes from work the team has already done in Headwater. Milestones ticked, climbs finished, and issues solved since the last huddle are its wins. Climb statuses come from each person’s Monday check-in, and issues raised during the week are already on the list.
Move through the week before Wholesale’s huddle to see where each change appears. Each issue also shows how long it has been open, and turns amber after a week and red after two.

Each person opens the huddle on their own laptop, wherever they are. They all see the same screen, and a change made by one person appears for everyone straight away.
The faces at the top show who has the huddle open. While it runs, the sidebar shows a Live pill to everyone in the team, so anyone who is late can join in one click.

Ending a huddle saves a record of it. The record shows who came and the score each person gave, how the initiatives and climbs stood, the wins, the issues solved and raised, and the decisions made.
