Combustion, hybrid, and electric in 2030

At its Capital Markets Day in Maranello on 9 October 2025, Ferrari set out its plan to 2030 across its three pillars: racing, sports cars, and lifestyle. It plans an average of four new cars a year, its first fully electric car, and net revenues of about €9 billion by 2030.

Every car made to order

  • Every Ferrari is personalised by its client.
  • New Tailor Made centres in Tokyo and Los Angeles, with a paint shop, open in 2027.
  • 90,000 active clients, 20% more than in 2022, and about 32,300 new clients since 2022.
  • Ferrari Luce, its first fully electric car, was named on 9 February 2026. Deliveries were planned to start in late 2026.,

  1. Ferrari changed a target in public, and said why.

The 2022 plan aimed for a range 40% electric by 2030. The 2025 plan cut that to 20%, which Ferrari put down to its clients and the market. We recommend changing a target openly when the facts change, with the old figure beside the new one, rather than letting it fade from the reports.

  2. It reached its 2026 profit targets a year early, and raised them.

At the Capital Markets Day, Ferrari raised its guidance for 2025 above the profitability targets it had set for 2026. We recommend doing the same when a target is clearly beaten: set the next one, so the plan still asks something of the company.

  3. The rate is as clear as the destination.

An average of four new cars a year is a pace anyone can check each year, not only in 2030. We recommend giving a long plan a yearly rate as well as an end point.
